Seminar of Analytic Aesthetics

2009-2010 This is a preparatory seminar focusing on texts and problems in aesthetics and the philosophy of art, namely problems concerned with the definition of art. We shall test and explore the conceptual implications of some of these problems outside the domain of aesthetic theory also, especially in philosophy of language and philosophy of action, from an analytical perspective. This seminar will be followed by a Workshop on Definitions of Art, from February to June 2010.
